Hamline's Business Law Institute director
Ann Graham spoke to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal regarding the efforts of a group of lawyers at the Minneapolis-based law firm of Maslon, Edelman, Borman & Brand. The group serves nonprofits and for-profits by helping them navigate the unfamiliar territory of corporate law separating nonprofits and for-profits.
According to Graham, "It's a great idea. Every publicly traded corporation in America has a focus on corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. That kind of involvement is going to generate issues. This should be the wave of the future."
