Paul Schnaedeke Named MIAC Mens CC Coach Of The Year

It is the second three-peat in a week for Hamline's Men's Cross Country program. Last week, the team won its third consecutive league title, edging St. Olaf by nine points. The conference coaches were equally impressed, naming HU head coach Paul Schmaedeke Coach Of The Year, also for the third straight time.

The Pipers won the league meet with a balanced effort. Devin Monson, who won the race a year ago, finished second this time but was closely by teammates Jack Deichert and Ellis Richardson in third and fourth place.

The men's and women's team run today in a meet at St. John's. The NCAA regionals are next weekend at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.
