Frank Selected as National Trainer

Marn Frank was selected by the national Student Achievement in Reading (STAR) project to become a certified national trainer. Frank is the Student Achievement in Reading (STAR) coordinator for the Adult Basic Education Teaching and Learning Advancement System (ATLAS) program within the School of Education. The reading reform initiative was designed to meet the needs of the thousands of adult learners in Minnesota reading at 4-8 grade levels.

Frank was identified as a state leader who has contributed significantly to the project through her delivery of outstanding trainings and services in Minnesota. As a national trainer, Frank will assist with training improvement, resource development, and coaching of other trainers around the country.
