Brenna Coyle (Jr., Lindstrom, Minn.) competed in the weight throw on the opening day of the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships at Capital University in Ohio.

Coyle competed in the second flight of the preliminary round, with a top throw of 51-7 3/4 (15.74 meters). The toss did  not move her into the final round.

The weight throw national championship was won by Holly Ozanich of UW-Oshkosh with a throw of 67-8 (20.62 meters).
