Argiannis sets school record in 200-meter dash

Argiannis sprinted to the finish in 27.27, besting the previous Hamline indoor record of 27.47 set in 1992.

She also finished second in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:37.52.

Nicole Brohmer (Sr., La Crosse, Wis.) won the 55-meter dash in 7.65, and finished second to Arginannis in the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.57.

In the mile run, Margot Branigan (Jr., Roseville, Minn.) and Freya Fitzer (Sr., North Oaks, Minn.) finished one-two, Branigan with a finish of 5:17.41 and Fitzer in 5:32.16.

Jessica Kociscak (So., Anoka, Minn.) also had an event win for the Pipers, as she was fastest in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 3:08.32.

In the 3,000-meter run, Katie Drinane (Sr., Roseville, Minn.) finished first with a time of 10:58.96.

Katelyn Anderson (So., White Bear Lake, Minn.) finished third in the women's high jump at 1.57 meters (5-1 3/4).

The Pipers will next compete in the MIAC indoor championships at Concordia College, Thursday, March 5 - Saturday, March 7.
