VIDEO: Women's soccer tallies second straight home shutout

The Cougars and the Pipers battled to a 0-0 draw through the opening 45 minutes of play. Margit Nellis (Fy., Minneapolis, Minn.) ended the standoff six minutes after halftime with her first collegiate goal. The score on a pass from her classmate Ellen Sackrison (Saint Louis Park, Minn.) at 50:59 put Hamline up 1-0.

The single goal remained alone on the scoreboard until a pass by Jackie Skoviak (Fy., Farmington, Minn.) was deflected into the goal by a Morris defender at 83:52.

Natalie Cooper (Fy., Stillwater, Minn.) ended the Piper scoring by tallying her first collegiate goal at 87:28 on a pass from Haley Leverington (Sr., Saint Paul, Minn.).

Liz Stock (So., Savage, Minn.) made four saves in earning the complete-game shutout in net for the Pipers.
