VIDEO: Branigan runs to third as Pipers are fifth at MIAC Championships

Branigan finished in 22:37.2.

Following her across the line in the top twenty was Jessica Kociscak (Jr., Ramsey, Minn.) in 18th with a time of 23:47.7. Katie Drinane (Sr., Roseville, Minn.) was 23rd in 24:04.4.

Finishing in 39th was Rachel Glissman (Sr., Omaha, Nebraska) with a time of 24:32.6, and Rachel Simmer (Sr, Champlin Park, Minn.) was 43rd in 24:46.9.

Rounding out the points places were Lauren Howe (Jr., Siren, Wis.) in 51st in 24:51.5 and Sara Holland (Jr., Dousman, Wis.) with a finish of 25:02.3 in 52nd.

The Pipers will host the non-scored Anderson Mile on Friday, November 5, at 4:00 p.m. as they train for the Central Region Championships at Grinnell College (Iowa) on Saturday, November 14.
