The College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) honored six MIAC men's teams for their academic performance.

In order to be named on the list, teams must have had a combined team grade point average of 3.0 or better during the fall 2008 term.

Under head coach Frank Vaccaro, the Pipers compiled a GPA of 3.16 this fall.

The Pipers will next swim at the MIAC Championships at the University of Minnesota, February 19-21.
