Piper men fall to St. Thomas

After a tough, scoreless battle in the first half, the Tommies ended the deadlock at 54:03. They doubled their lead at 80:28. 

St. Thomas out-shot Hamline, 14-6, in the rainy contest. Zach Nelson (So., Eagan, Minn.) made six saves in net for the Pipers.

Hamline dropped to 4-7-1, 0-3-0 MIAC with the loss, while St. Thomas improved to 6-4-1, 2-1-0 MIAC.

The Pipers returns home for the first time in two weeks as they host Saint John's on Wednesday, October 7, at 4:00 p.m.
