VIDEO: Second-half goal lifts Cobbers over Pipers

 The teams played a scoreless first half, in which Concordia out-shot Hamline 11-4 and Piper keeper Zach Nelson (So., Eagan, Minn.) made seven saves.

Nelson made five more saves in the second half. However, Kristian Reiersgord (Fy., Edina, Minn.) jumped on a rebound off of a shot that hit a post to score at 76:46 for the 1-0 win.

The Pipers fall to 5-8-1, 1-4-1 MIAC while the Cobbers improve to 8-6-0, 5-3-0 MIAC. Hamline remains at Pat Paterson Field to host Saint Mary's on Saturday, October 17, at 1:00 p.m.
