Argiannis tallied 2952 total points and was just six points out of second place.
In the 55-meter hurdles she earned 752 points as she ran a 9.10. She then cleared 4-9 1/2 (1.46 meters) in the high jump for 577 points.
She collected 391 points in the shot put with a throw of 25-10 (7.87 meters) and 464 points in the long jump with a leap of 15-2 3/4 (4.64 meters).
In the final event, the 800-meter run, Argiannis picked up 768 points, finishing in 2:24.17.
Argiannis and the rest of the women's track and field team will continue with the individual events at the MIAC championships on Friday, March 4, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The meet is taking place at St. Thomas.
