Hamline also added a pair of even-strength goals to the two goals
from special teams play. The Pipers also took advantage of rebounds,
scoring three of their goals by picking up loose pucks in front of the
net after a shot.

opening goal at 5:24 on a power play. Miller and Megan Olson (Sr., Coon
Rapids, Minn.) had the assists.
Miller then scored a short-handed goal as an aggressive Piper penalty
kill unit attacked the net. Jestina Koenigsmark (Jr., Oakdale, Minn.)
took a shot from the point and Miller, set up just outside the
crease, picked up the rebound and flicked it in for the goal at 19:11.
Haley Johnson (So., Bemidji, Minn.) had the second assist.
The Pipers once again used a rebound off of a shot to score a goal as
the lone score in the second period came with seven seconds to play.

(So., Fridley, Minn.) was there to collect, and shoot, the loose
puck for a goal at 19:53. Kaitlin Denton (Jr., Tracy, Calif.) had the
second assist on that tally.
Less than a minute into the final period of regulation, Augsburg's
Sandra Hinz (So., Stockholm, Sweden) scored at 48 seconds. Erin Leyden
