Larsen named third team All-Region

She hit .363 with 20 RBI on the season. Included in those hits were eight doubles, her first collegiate triple, and a team-leading eight home runs.

Larsen posted a fielding percentage of .983 at second base and a slugging percentage of .696.

On May 3, Larsen was named the MIAC hitter of the week after she helped the Pipers to a 6-0 week, sweeping St. Olaf, Carleton, and St. Catherine to close out their MIAC schedule. She hit four homeruns, including two in one game against Carleton, and drove in seven runs for the week while scoring seven.

Larsen was 9-for-19 at the plate during the week for a .474 batting average. Of her nine hits, just three were singles and she posted a slugging percentage of 1.263. The junior also had her first collegiate triple in the opening game against St. Olaf.

The Pipers finished the 2010 season with an overall record of 19-19 and a 13-9 mark in MIAC play.
