White Bear Lake, Minn.) won at first doubles while Dylan Sperry (Fy.,
Scandia, Minn.) and Tyler Antil (Fy., Fridley, Minn.) took the win at
second doubles.
In singles, Morris forfeited matches at fifth and sixth singles.
Connor Hart (So., Dellwood, Minn.) posted a 6-0, 6-0 victory at
second singles. Bernard Mitambo (Jr., Minneapolis, Minn.) lone game loss
at first singles came in the opening set while Robert Johnson (Fy., Elk
River, Minn.) dropped just one game in the second set at fourth singles.
Derek Lutz (Fy., Pine City, Minn.) won at third singles, 6-2, 6-0.
Hamline is now 3-3 overall while Morris opens the season at 0-1. The
Pipers will next play in Florida on Sunday, March 20, as they play
UW-Oshkosh at 1:00 p.m. to open their spring break trip.
