Rios' tally came just seconds after a header by Nate Miller (Fy.,
Prior Lake, Minn.) went wide. His unassisted goal then went in the back
of the net at 81:52.
The statistics were nearly even in the game, as Hamline had 10 shots
to St. Olaf's 11. Each team had four corner kicks and each keeper made
two saves.
The Pipers are now 2-3-0, 0-1-0 MIAC with the conference loss. The
Oles are 3-2-0, 1-0-0 MIAC. Hamline continues MIAC on Saturday,
