Crusaders hold Pipers scoreless

After a scoreless first half in which Hamline had five corner kicks to Clarke's one, Dino Ramic (So,. Pasco, Wash.) scored the first goal of the game at 52:21. Kraig Moore (Sr., Kennewick, Wash.) had the assist.

The Crusaders' second goal came at 76:22 as Moore scored from Bartosz Marurek (Fy., South Elgrin, Ill.).

The Pipers outshot Clarke, 20-13, and forced Charlie Fast (Jr., Minneapolis, Minn.) to make nine saves.

The Pipers are now 2-2-0 overall. They will begin MIAC play on Wednesday, September 15, with a 4:00 p.m. start at St. Olaf.
