The lone goal of the opening period of play came as Jordan Chong
(Sr., North Vancouver, B.C.) scored at 6:59. Chong added his second at
4:01 in the second.
The Saints added another goal in the second period, with Carter Davis
(So., Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan) scoring at 9:52. Their final goal was by
Brett Corcoran (Fy., Parksville, B.C.) at 6:51.
All of St. Scholastica’s goals were even strength. The teams were even in shots on goal at 15 apiece.
Hamline is now 8-2-2 overall with the non-conference loss. The Saints
are 9-2-2 overall. Hamline remains at home to complete the weekend of
play against NCHA opponents on Saturday, January 9, at 7:15 p.m. against
UW-Superior.
