Monson ran to the finish of the four-mile race in 20:33.

Ellis Richardson (Jr,. Shoreview, Minn.) was the next Piper to cross the line, finishing tenth in 21:03. Andy Johnson (Sr., Andover, Minn.) also put in a top-20 finish, placing 18th in 21:11.

Colin Rogers (So., River Falls, Wis.) cross the line just three seconds later in 20th place, and Ian Campbell (Sr., Blooming Prairie, Minn.) was a second behind him in 21st.

Finishing 26th was Jack Deichert (Sr., Portland, Ore.) in 21:25 and Nate Dobbins (So., Rochester, Minn.) was 27th in 21:29.

Hamline will next race at the Roy Griak at the University of Minnesota on Saturday, September 25. The men's race is slated to start at 10:30 a.m.
