Carl Hipp (Sr., Little Canada, Minn.) opened the game for the Pipers
with a pair of free throws and Mike Campbell (Jr., Burnsville, Minn.)
hit a jumper shortly after for a 4-0 lead.
A layup from Hipp and two shots from the charity line from Tyler
Pannell (Fy., Portland, Ore.) put Hamline up 8-0 and the Pipers were in
control.
Hamline possessed a lead as large as 16 (29-13) at the mid-point of
the half, but the Cobbers were able to cut the deficit to 10 by the
intermission, 39-29.
In the second half, Concordia closed to within one, 58-57, at 6:25.
But the Pipers bounced back, regained control of the scoreboard, and
went on to win by 12.
Hipp had a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds, and added
four blocked shots in, as well. Campbell also tallied 14 points. The 14
points were game highs.

Concordia was led by 12 points from Ebo Nana-Kweson. Darrin Olmscheid and Erik Lien had 10 apiece.
