Molly Weber (Jr., Taos, N.M.) was injured on the uneven bars, her first rotation of the all-around competition, and did not complete the meet. She scored an 8.725 on the apparatus.

Lynn Robohm (So., Rosemount, Minn.) scored a 9.300 on the vault, but it wasn't enough to qualify her for Saturday's event final.
