UW-LaCrosse won the meet with a score of 180.950. Hamline was second
with a score of 176.325 and Gustavus Adolphus was third with a score of
171.650.
Lissette LaFex (So., Diamond Ba, Calif.) finished second in the
all-around with a total of 35.450 (vault - 9.225, bars - 9.125, beam -
9.075, floor - 8.0.25).
Molly Weber (Sr., Taos, N.M.) placed third in the all-around with a
total of 35.325 (vault - 9.100, bars - 9.175, beam - 8.775, floor -
9.275).
LaFex' score on the uneven parallel bars netted her a second place finish. She was also seventh on the vault and fifth on beam.
Weber placed fifth on the floor exercise with her score and was eighth on the beam.
Courtney Benson (Fy., Winona, Minn.) turned in a top three performance on the vault, placing third with a score of 9.450.
The Pipers next compete on Saturday, January 29th, at the Texas
Women's University Triangular. They will be joined by Winona State at
the meet.
