Studies have shown that mindfulness and meditation have many benefits for mental and physical health. All Hamline University students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join Hamline University Mindfulness Meditation (HUMM) in guided meditation and mindfulness activities. No previous experience is necessary. HUMM meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Anderson Center 300 throughout the semester.
