Description:

Hamline Law's Business Law Institute and the Corporate Counsel Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) are proud to present a panel presentation on Liability Issues Facing In-house Counsel for Misconduct of Corporate Officers. A networking reception will follow. Food and beverages will be provided, and are included in the cost of the event.

The panel includes the following experts in this area of law: Alan Bernick, Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Andersen Corporation; David Fisher, Executive Director of the Corporate Institute at the University of Minnesota Law School; Bill Rice, Vice-President and Chief Counsel, General Counsel’s Organization, Ameriprise Financial.

Hamline Law Professor Jill Barclift will serve as the moderator. She is also very knowledgeable regarding these issues. Ms. Barclift is widely published in the area of ethics in corporate governance.
