Celebrating King’s “Letter from a Birmingham Jail” – Fifty Years of Reflection, Inspiration and Direction
Join members of the Hamline University and neighboring communities for a celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s life, philosophy and legacy as we reflect upon his 1963 “Letter from a Birmingham Jail.” Participants include President Linda N. Hanson, undergraduate students Kennan Daoudi (’13) and Amani Lee (’14), Kimberly Feilmeyer (Bush Memorial Library), and Professors Rachel Endo (School of Education) and Earl Schwartz (College of Liberal Arts).
