One-day training covering psychological, legal and practical aspects of resolving parenting-time issues. Find out how to set up and manage the Parenting Time Expediting process; gain an understanding of typical duties, what to do and what not to do; increase competencies in handling high conflict parents; learn practical tips for helping parents reduce conflict.
Prerequisites to attend:
Successful completion of a MN Supreme Court Rule 114 certified 40 Hour Family Mediation Skills Course
