Nathan Witzany is an associate at Winthrop & Weinstein. He is an experienced patent lawyer who works with clients to develop clear strategies for protecting their proprietary innovations and managing their patent portfolios in a manner consistent with their business plans. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of service, including patent procurement (domestic and foreign), patentability opinions, non-infringement and clearance opinions, validity opinions, diligence, licensing, and strategic client counseling. In addition, Witzany provides patent litigation support and works closely with Winthrop & Weinstine’s patent litigators.
Witzany is a member of the Hamline University School of Law adjunct faculty, teaching a patent drafting course.
