Changing your settings
To change your user preferences, just click Settings at the top of any Gmail page:
From there, navigate to one of the appropriate tabs:
On the General tab, you can change your language preferences, select display pictures for youand your contacts, or set up a vacation response. This tab is also where you will find general display and navigation settings for your Inbox.
The Accounts tab will allow you to add other email accounts and send emails as it was from them, set up a Mail Fetcher, and change your password.
Managing folders, labels, and filters is easy with the Labels and Filters tabs.
The Forwarding and POP/IMAP allows to forward your mail to another account or use POP orIMAP to download your mail to a desktop or mobile client (Microsoft Outlook or an iPhone, e.g.)
The Web Clips tab can help you to adjust web clips settings and learn more about them
