Lodging and Hotel Information

Hamline University has blocked off rooms at several area hotels for those guests that will be coming from out of town for the Grand Finale Weekend. Below are the names, addresses, and reservation information for several of these hotels. To make reservations by phone:
You will need to call the reservations line at 1-800-333-3333. You must mention the group ID, which is HUGALA to receive the discounted rate. Rooms are available on October 15 and 16 for the rate of $139 and up.

To make reservations online:
Go to www.radisson.com/stpaulmn and click on the "Make a Reservation" link at the top of the page. Once at the reservations page, you will need to enter both the dates of your stay and the promotional code (group ID) HUGALA. This should display the various rooms that are still available. Rooms are available on October 15 and 16 for the rate of $139 and up.

To make reservations by phone:
You will need to call the hotel at either the above main line or the toll-free number at (800) 292-9292 and ask for hotel reservations. You must mention the group ID number, 139548, to receive the discounted rate. Rooms are available on October 15 and 16 for the standard rate of $139.

To make reservations online:
Go to www.stpaulhotel.com and click on the "Reservations" link, then on the "book a room" link. Once at that page, you will need to enter both the dates of your stay and the group ID number, 139548. To make reservations by phone:
Call 651-647-1637 or 1-(800)-HOLIDAY. You must mention the group ID, HUG, when making a reservation. Rooms are available on October 15 and 16 for the standard rate of $74.

To make reservations online:
Go to www.ichotelsgroup.com and click on the "Holiday Inn Express" logo. Under "Find a Hotel," type in Saint Paul, MN and your travel information, then click on the "Find Hotel" button. This will give you a list of all of the Holiday Inn Express hotels in Saint Paul - BE SURE to select the hotel at the above address. Once at the page for the Bandana Square hotel, you will need to fill out the "Reserve this Hotel" section with the group ID, HUG, and your travel information. Rooms are available on October 15 and 16 for the standard rate of $74.
